I love the shop & the beautiful ladies. I go every month to get my hair done & I’m never disappointed. I’ve been going to the salon over 3yrs, the only stylists I’ll let touch my hair.

I was in a car accident that resulted in back issues and I was sitting back like I typically do and I guess because my back wasn’t glued to the back of the chair the stylist kept pushing me back even after I explained I cant sit the way she wants but was willing to try but the stylist kept yanking my shoulders back and other associates jumped in trying to tell me it isn’t comfortable for her and told them I was sitting back the best way I could and just said forget it and sat back uncomfortably just so the stylist would be fine and I absolutely had an attitude because of it. After I was done she tried to charge me almost $50 for a wash and blow dry that took almost an hour and I don’t have thick or long hair. I always payed under $40 just for wash and blow dry. Never coming back here its always an issue with them. If you value your time and money go elsewhere!!!!!

The worst hair experience I’ve ever had. Before I sat down to get my hair washed, I explained very clearly to the owner how I do not want her to use the salon’s conditioner since I’ve learned there might be relaxer in it. I brought my own conditioner and gave it to her and she agreed to use only my conditioner. When I looked up as she washed my hair, I saw her quietly putting her shampoo in my hair!! When I told her again how I absolutely did not want any of their products in my hair, she kept trying to reassure me that I “need their shampoo” because my hair is so tangled- which it wasn’t. She even handed me her brush and told me I will have to brush and comb my own hair because it’s “too tangled.” This was soooo mortifying and I started crying. The owner acted like my hair texture was the worst or first she’s ever seen. She brushed through my hair afterwards, she was so rough. My scalp is still in pain. My hair was just okay after all I had to go through to get done. I left feeling so upset, stressed, and disappointed that- against my wishes- my hair was permed and it has taken me so much to grow my healthy for years. This salon just ruined it all. I can smell the relaxer in my hair and I regret ever going to this salon.
